Good news. You’re running a startup and have customers. Bad news… you don’t know how to organize your contacts. The answer: create a CRM.
Join the Blank Center and Marisa Rackson of HubSpot on Thursday, October 25 at 5pm in the Blank Center Televideo Room to learn about Customer Relationship Management (CRM), what it is, and how to use it. Marisa will also talk about how to create a high-level global digital marketing strategy and will include topics such as GDPR compliance and managing an international audience.
Participants will be able to access HubSpot’s CRM platform to use for their own ventures during and after the session. Register now, spots are limited!
About Marisa Rackson:
Marisa Rackson builds partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and other startup organizations to help grow and educate the startup world. She is passionate about working closely with partners to solve their most pressing sales/marketing challenges and elevate their go-to-market strategies.
Before HubSpot, Marisa was an Associate at BCG, consulting for companies small and large to craft and implement organizational and operational strategies. She is passionate about financial literacy, mentorship, and appreciates hearing about a recent hike or recipe! Marisa studied Behavioral Economics and Management at The University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude.
